Franciel Monteiro began his musical studies at the State Music School of São Paulo. He studied with Henrique Pinto, Almeida Prado, Fabio Zanon, and completed a master's degree in classical guitar and electric guitar in Germany. Winner of national and international competitions, Franciel has performed at festivals in Brazil, Germany, and Costa Rica. He is part of The Bossa Nova Duo and released the album Double Rainbow in 2021. Currently, he teaches guitar at the Akademie für Tonkunst and plays guitar in an Acid Jazz/Soul Funk project with a Christian background.
